Rekrygaala will award the best actions and actors of the recruitment industry in five different categories on November 3rd. Please send in your application or tip our jury about potential candidates. You can fill in the application either on your own behalf or you can suggest a colleague that you think deserves recognition in the competition.

Recruitment Deed can be any action performed within the past 12 months, which, leveraging recruitment, has directly or indirectly had a positive impact on individuals, organizations or society. The performer can be an organization, a network, a group, an employer or an employee.
Best Recruitment Campaign
The Best Recruitment Campaign is an exceptionally meritable campaign published within the past 12 months, where planning and execution has involved creativity and something out of the ordinary. It can include one or more elements, like a job ad, campaign site, video etc.
Innovator in Recruitment
Innovator in Recruitment is someone, who has done valuable work and possibly gained wider recognition improving the recruitment industry.
Recruiter of the Year
Recruiter of the Year is someone who has done exceptionally great and productive work within their own organization and/or for their customer within the past 12 months.
Employer Brand of the Year
Employer Brand of the Year is an organization that has managed to build an exceptional relationship with their target audiences. The nominee can be anything ranging from a small local business to a global corporation.
