About Rekrygaala
Rekrygaala is an annual event where the most important acts and best successes in recruitment are awarded. The gala has been organised since 2018, and this year, the sparkliest event of the autumn is organised for the sixth time already.
Rekrygaala takes place on 2 November at The Old Student House in Helsinki. Come see the gala, network with recruitment professionals, and enjoy yourself and the unforgettable show.

Why is Rekrygaala organised?
The aim of Rekrygaala is to promote the professionalism and appreciation of recruitment, which is a prerequisite for encounters between job vacancies and talent. Higher quality of recruitment boosts the competitiveness of companies and builds a better working life and future for both individuals and society.
At the gala, we highlight the best success stories in the industry and create a space for professionals to meet. The categories and juries are selected by a group of industry experts.

Arrival, dress code, and schedule
The Old Student House is located right in the center of Helsinki at Mannerheimintie 3. We recommend arriving by either public transport or taxi.
The doors open at 5pm and you are welcome to come and enjoy some refreshments and light snacks, get your picture taken at the picture wall and network with industry peers. The official program will start at 6:00 p.m. so please arrive early.
The dress code for the gala is black tie. This means you may wear a tuxedo or a dark suit, long evening gown, or elegant knee-covering dress.
An accessible entrance can be found in Kaivopiha, to the left of the main entrance. Please let us know in advance if you need assistance upon arrival.
The official program will end at approximately 10:30 p.m., after which we can continue the evening more casually and stay at the Old Student House until 12:00 a.m.
If you are in the mood for dancing, you are welcome to join us at the official Rekrygaala afterparty from 11:30 p.m. onwards.
Please note that gala will be held mainly in Finnish. However, it is possible to follow the program and speeches in English using the Subtitle Mobile app. You can already download the app free of charge on:
